CEO of The Last 2 Music Group, Edward Nana Osei Poku known widely as Hammer has described the 20, 000 ransom allocated to anyone who feeds the Ghana Police with relevant information that will lead to the arrest of the murderers of the late Fennec Okyere as unenticing enough.
Hammer who had spent his last few days in Ghana prior to his travel to the UK with the deceased disclosed the amount stated by the police was not enough to make anyone want to own up and give such critical information as the individual’s life would also be on the line as a prime suspect.
Speaking to NY DJ on the Kapital Entertainment Show in Kumasi, Hammer explained he was disappointed in the Ghana police as they had not made any official statement although they constantly communicated with Kwaw Kese. He believed that lack of information form the Ghana Police Service could have led to the stale process of the search for the perpetrators of the gruesome act.
He stated the process in finding the culprits could be expedited should the police make known the current state of their investigation as that could propel anyone with relevant information deliberately feed the police with it.
Hammer who was involved in an accident while returning from the funeral of the late Fennec Okyere disclosed although his car was damaged, he was doing far better as he was responding to treatment.
