Exclusive Photos + Video: Spartacus Star Peter Mensah Mourns Late Dad In Ghana

 

Hollywood star Peter Kofi Mensah is in Ghana.

The Ghanaian star was the centre of attraction during the burial ceremony of his late father Mr. Osei Mensah which took place at Star Junction near Santase in the Ashanti Region of Ghana.

The Spartacus star who arrived in the country on the hindsight of the media was spotted on Saturday February 10, 2018 in a traditional black cloth as he together with some members of his extended family laid his father to rest.


In November 2017, Ghana’s Hub For Pop Culture – www.nydjlive.com reported the death of Mr. Osei Mensah which occurred in Kumasi. He died in his 80s and was the owner of Mount Olivet School at Odeneho Kwadaso in Kumasi.

It is unknown when Peter Mensah known for his roles in Tears of the Sun, Hidalgo, 300, and Dead Space, and more recently on the Starz original series, Spartacus: Blood and Sand, Spartacus: Gods of the Arena, and Spartacus: Vengeance will leave the country but we (www.nydjlive.com) are reliably informed he would spend some few days with family before flying back to the United States of America.

Peter Mensah was born at Chiraa, in the Brong Ahafo Region. He moved to Hertfordshire, England, with his father (an engineer), his mother (a writer), and two sisters at a young age.
