Ciara’s legal battle against Future for sole custody shot down in court
Ciara is not a happy mum as her request for sole custody of her one year baby Future Zahir Wilburn was thrown out of court today.
According to sources close to the former couple, Ciara claimed in court that Future was a bad parent who was not present in the child’s life.
Future however showed up asking for joint custody which was granted by the judge despite an earlier attempt by Ciara to bad mouth him. The two will now have a joint custody of the baby since California courts favor joint custody.
Ciara and Future have been on war paths since baby Future was born on May 19 2014.
