Popular Ghanaian actor, Kojo Nkansah, known in showbiz circles as Lilwin has threatened to file a legal suit against sound engineer, Laxio Beat, over the refusal to release to him (Lilwin) a song he recorded in his(Laxio Beats) studios.
According to the actor cum musician, he paid the sound engineer over $2000 to record three songs with him only for the latter to be reluctant in releasing the song.
Speaking on Nhyira Fm’s flagship programme “Entertainment Power”, Lilwin told host, Benjamin Ocran, he finds it strange that Laxio is holding onto the song.
In a sharp rebuttal, Laxio cited uncivil language used in the yet-to-be-released song as reason for still keeping it.
He fears the alleged profane song may mar the “brand reputation” of his recording label if released.
Lilwin however insists he will take the matter to court if Laxio does not rescind his decision.
Here is what ensued between the host Benjamin Ocran, Lilwin and Laxio.
