Are you done? See you on December 22 || Judge Tells Kwaw Kese’s Lawyer

The hopes of Ghanaian musician Emmanuel Botchway popularly known as Kwaw Kese and many hundreds of fans who thronged the KMA Circuit court today Dec 8 were dashed as presiding Judge Justice William Boampong refused a plea by the accused’s lawyer Kwasi Boayitey to grant his client bail .
Stating reasons for the denial, the Judge explained issues with narcotics were unbailable.
According to the prosecutor, they needed enough time to come clear with the results of the test which was being conducted.
Counsel for Kwaw Kese led by Kwasi Boayitey pleaded the court to temper justice with mercy and grant his client bail so as not to set a precedence which will further harm the society, the Judge will have none of it stating “Are you done?, I think I have spoken. See you on December 22”.
Present were colleague musicians Edem, Guru, Tictac, Gemini, Evangelist Lord Kenya and many others.
Kwaw Kese, spotted wearing a grey jacket over a white shirt was quickly whisked away.
He reappears in court on Monday December 22.
