One of Ghana’s favourite Ga rappers Shilo is in hot waters for calling out names of huge Ghanaian political figures such Jerry John Rawlings, John Dramani Mahama and Nana Akuffo Addo in a new hunourous single he dropped just a week ago.
Titled Y3ne Mmaa Naa, Shilo believes all the said names are even interested in women despite their hectic activies and as such the need to spend more time with women whenever it was right.
The song which is already enjoying massive airplay in Kumasi got political heads talking and registering their displeasure as they believed although the song was aimed at just entertaining listeners, the way it was crafted did not look too good for the individuals.
Again on the same song, Shilo has been accused by Kofi Supreme, a Kumasi based artist and a former contestant in the MTN Hitmaker of stealing his chorus for his already released track title Mmaa Naa.
Attempts to reach Shilo on the allegation and calls by some political enthusiasts as at time of publication had proven futile.
