Radio presenter and former host of Pure Drive in Kumasi, Samuel Wood also known as Koo Sebor is headed to Accra.

The presenter who cut his teeth into radio and broadcast journalism with Y102.5FM before heading to Pure 95.7FM in 2019 will effective Monday, June 5, 2023, take on a new challenge in the National capital, Accra, but with his already-known employers, Angel Broadcasting Company Ltd.

Also known as Selector Sebor, Ghana’s Hub For Pop Culture And Urban Entertainment News – www.nydjlive.com can confirm that the presenter will take over as host of Angel Drive on Angel 102.9FM Accra.

He takes over from veteran Quophi Kyeame who resigned from the media outfit days ago.

Koo Sebor Bows Out Of Pure FM

Koo Sebor is expected to inject new energy into the station’s late afternoon show and also bring on board fresh ideas that could make the show the most listened to in the city.

Koo Sebor announced his exit from Pure FM in Kumasi on Saturday, June 3, 2023.

In the video shared to his socials, the presenter extended his appreciation to the people of Kumasi and corporate Ghana for the support throughout his 7-year career which started in Kumasi.

He was heard saying;

“It’s been more than 7 years serving you exciting content on your radio in the region. All too soon, it’s time for me to bow out of the radio in the region and advance the craft elsewhere. I’ll really miss the city as it taught me all I know about radio,” he said.
